On-site registration takes place on Sunday, 15 May 2016, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and continues the next day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will be possible to register during the conference as well. As a part of the Sunday registration, light welcome refreshments will be served.
The registration fee includes all meals, proceedings, access to the scientific sessions and conference materials.
All sessions will be held at Hotel Pyramida, Bělohorská 24, Praha 6, Czech Republic. GPS Loc: 50°5'7.964"N, 14°22'47.916"E
The official language of the conference is English.
PRESENTATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS
The presentation time for each plenary lecture is 45 min and 5 min for discussion.
The presentation time for each keynote lecture is 35 min and 5 min for discussion.
The presentation time for each short lecture is 15 min and 5 min for discussion.
We ask the lecturers to hand over their presentations on USB flash drives in a format compatible with MS PowerPoint at the registration, or to give them to the technician in the morning before the individual program sections will be initiated. In case your PowerPoint includes a video, it is necessary to have the video file prepared in the same folder together with the presentation. If you would like to use any unusual presentation formats, please, contact us at the registration desk.
Audio/video recording of the lectures or copying of the lecture files is not allowed without the prior agreement of the speaker. The organizers reserve the right to take photographs during the meeting.
Poster session wil be held in the premises of Pyramida hotel on Moday May 16, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Posters should be no larger than 95 cm x 185 cm.
Material for mounting your poster will be provided by the conference (push pins).
Posters will be assigned a number that will be attached to the board.

To encourage student participation at the conference and to feature excellent works, the organizers of the PERMEA & MELPRO Conference are pleased to award the best student oral and poster presentations. TheStudent Award is for students, so please enclose a copy of your proof of student status with your registration. All participants registered as students will be automatically included in the competition.
The three best contributions in the categories Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster Presentation will be awarded. The Student Award announcement will take place at the closing ceremony.
