The scientific program of international conference MELPRO 2022 will include two panel discussions. A major goal of our conference is to bring academic scientists, engineers, industry researchers together to exchange and share their experiences and research results about most aspects of research and development in the field of membrane processes, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions applied. This goal applies even more strong to the panel discussions.
We would like to bring together the distinguished panelists and offer an outstanding discussion for the participants of the conference.
The topics of the panel discussions are:
- Gas separation, air and biogas purification for environmental protection and energy sustainability (Monday, moderator Dr. Pavel Izak, Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals of the Czech Academy of Sciences)
- Membrane processes for efficient water treatment, recycling and waste valorization – what are the current main R&D objectives and what will be really needed? Are the academic R&D in line with future requirements? (Wednesday, moderator Dr. Marek Bobak, MemBrain)
The panel discussions will be moderated by the expert very experienced in the topic, who will lead the discussion to get to the point of how research and industry can cooperate to obtain mutually beneficial outcomes.
